New Members: Thank you for your interest in joining our club. In order to join the RC ACES Model Club an applicant must be a member in good standing of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and show a current AMA membership card.
Becoming a member in RC ACES Model Club involves the following steps:
Visit the AMA web site to complete your membership requirements by clicking here: Membership Enrollment Center
Once you have joined and obtained an AMA Membership #
From the website home screen click on the Join/Renew button to complete and submit your membership application. You will be required to provide the required contact information for our club's membership roster.
Review the current AMA rules, BY-LAWS OF THE R.C. ACES INC. and RC ACES Field Rules.
Agree to the terms and conditions by submitting your application for a New Member.
Once you have completed and submitted your new member application you will be voted into the club as a new member at the next scheduled monthly club meeting. Membership will become effective after Club approval with receipt of Club dues and proof of AMA membership.
Renewing Members: If you are a current club Member, please log in before renewing your membership as there may be different membership rates/types for new vs. renewing members.
Renewing your membership in RC ACES Model Club involves the following steps:
Review your Membership Period and Membership Type (Regular, Senior, Junior)
Review your Membership Profile – Check that all information is current and correct.
Review the current AMA rules, BY-LAWS OF THE R.C. ACES INC. and RC ACES Field Rules.
Agree to the terms and conditions by submitting your application for renewal (Existing Member)
Club and verifiable AMA membership must be complete and submitted to the Treasurer/Membership Administrator along with this acknowledged application no later than the April 15th of each year.
At the end of this section is an “AMA Membership Section – Review your status – This is where you can update your AMA status with an additional link to the Academy of Model Aeronautics Enrollment Center to update your AMA membership.
If you do not wish to submit your membership application online you can download and print the membership application form to complete at a RC ACES business club meeting. Your membership payment at a club meeting can be paid using a personal check, cash or Venmo.
